At Nile Li-Cycle, Lithium-ion batteries of all formats, chemistries and states-of-charge are processed through various processes. These processes are highly optimised to minimise the safety risk, process time and wastages resulting in great yields and high purities of the outputs. The end products are mainly classified into four main product lines:

A mix of recovered anode and cathode materials having
Lithium, Cobalt, Nickel and Graphite with very low impurities.
MIXED COPPER & ALUMINIUM POWDER
A mix of recovered anode and cathode materials having
Lithium, Cobalt, Nickel and Graphite with very low impurities.
Metal Salts
LITHIUM SALTS
Lithium recovered from anode and cathode-active material in various forms of salts, such as Carbonate and Hydroxide. We can produce these salts in various purities suitable for different industrial and battery applications.
COBALT SALTS
Cobalt recovered form cathode-active material in various forms of salts such as Oxides, Hydroxide and Sulphates. They can be produced in different purity grades which are widely used in battery and other industries such as paint, petrochemical, etc.
NICKEL SALTS
Nickel recovered form cathode-active material in various forms of salts such as Hydroxide and Sulphates. They can be produced in different purity grades which are widely used in battery and other industries such as catalysts, electroplating etc.
MANGANESE SALTS
High purity manganese salts which can be used in
battery and chemical applications.
